by creating an account or joining a realm on current call, you agree to these terms. we've kept them short and readable.
you need to be at least 13 years old. if a realm you're joining declares a higher minimum age, you must meet that too. don't use current call on behalf of someone else without their permission.
the calls, messages, voicemails, and transcripts you create are yours. by sending them through our service, you grant us the narrow permission we need to deliver, store, and display them to the intended recipient — nothing broader. we will never publish your content, use it to train models, or sell it to anyone.
the software that runs current call, including the code, the designs, and the name, belongs to its author. you're welcome to use the service under these terms; you aren't licensed to copy, resell, or rehost it without permission.
when you start a realm, you become its owner. that means you're responsible for who you invite in and what they do while they're there. owners can kick, warn, or ban members. owners who ignore serious abuse may lose their realm.
when you join a realm, you follow the owner's rules in addition to these terms.
paid plans bill on the cadence shown at checkout. you can cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. refunds are at our discretion and are usually offered when things clearly didn't work.
add-ons like phone number bridge or answering agents may involve third-party costs we pass through. if a third-party provider suspends service for any reason (billing, policy, outage), the add-on may pause.
we do our best to keep current call running, but we don't promise 100% uptime. if you're on a paid plan and things are genuinely broken for an extended stretch, let us know and we'll make it right.
current call is provided "as is." to the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is capped at whatever you paid us in the previous twelve months (or, if you're on a free plan, zero). nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law says we can't limit — fraud, willful misconduct, and similar.
if we update these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll notify you before it takes effect. you can stop using current call at any time. we may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the law.
